SDI Direct Access (SDA) offers your patients access to adherence programs designed around the unique behavior of the diverse patient populations you serve. Our programs deliver the "Right Message", to the "Right Patient", at the "Right Time". Examples include, but are not limited to, treatment communications, educational materials and wellness/screening events.

Program funding is provided by pharmaceutical manufacturers interested in partnering with retail pharmacy to address the problem of non-adherence, which continues to be a national issue. It is estimated that poor medication adherence could be costing our country $177 billion in medical bills and lost productivity. Studies have shown that non-compliance causes 125,000 deaths annually in the US and leads to 10-25 percent of hospital and nursing home admissions.
